Coming soon

End the back-and-forth
over dates.

meet is a small tool for scheduling. Guests see only the hours you are free. The moment they choose one, the booking is final — and on both calendars.

We'll email you when we launch.

How it works

1

Register as a host (coming soon)

After launch, you register with your Google account. meet reads your calendar and you choose the days and hours you accept. Busy times never appear.

2

Send your booking URL

By email or by message. Your guest needs no account.

3

Your guest picks a time

It is confirmed on the spot and lands on both calendars, with a confirmation email and self-serve change links.

What it does

Three calendars, checked as one

Connect several Google calendars — work, client accounts, personal. Free time is computed against all of them, so a booking can never collide with any calendar you keep.

A calendar that knows your itinerary

Set a date range and the city you will be in; on those dates your accepting hours run on local time. Hawaii dates serve Hawaii hours, Tokyo dates serve Tokyo hours — resolved per date, correctly, before you even leave.

Holidays, eras, and time zones

Japanese national holidays appear on the booking page as a matter of course, and dates can carry the Japanese era. Overseas guests see each hour on their own clock while you keep Tokyo's — one availability, correct on both. The timezone arithmetic is our job, not theirs.

A quiet screen

Everything decorative is gone; the calendar itself is the interface. The page is set in type weight and hairline rules, not color. A booking URL is something you send to other people — this one is fit to be seen.

Our word

No double bookings

Two bookings on the same time are forbidden by a database constraint — prevented by the record system itself, not by the screen.

Guest data serves the booking only

Names and addresses received with a booking are used to confirm and communicate about that booking. They are never passed to anyone else.

Who makes this

meet is software built by PRTL K.K., working with AI.

From concept through design, implementation, and verification, every stage of development runs with AI — and every decision is made by a person. This is how PRTL builds software for Japan's music and technology market. meet is one of the results.
